A Dreamy Summer Night at the Five Blossom Farm

I adore the family that owns this farm; they inspire me every time I visit. What a dream job they have, and they do such an incredible job! The Five Blossoms Farm is now available as a wedding venue. I highly recommend contacting them and scheduling a visit if you want a beautiful spot to get married. This is exactly what I had in mind when planning my wedding.

The Five Blossoms Farm hosts fun events; you can purchase tickets on their website, and I look forward to attending the next one!
The pizza we had at the farm that night was THE BEST I have ever had. It’s going to take a lot to top that. If they have another pizza night, you will most likely see me there because I can’t stop thinking about how good it was!

Their new outdoor kitchen and stoves are stunning. I felt like I was in the countryside in Italy, sipping wine and diving into the most delicious pizza I’ve ever eaten. five blossom flower farm, flower farm fort mill sc, flower farm clover sc, flower farm York county, South Carolina, farm to table, pizza night, pizza outside oven, flowers, flower field, farm to table life, summer nights, summer days,  five blossom flower farm, flower farm fort mill sc, flower farm clover sc, flower farm York county, South Carolina, farm to table, pizza night, pizza outside oven, flowers, flower field, farm to table life, summer nights, summer days,  five blossom flower farm, flower farm fort mill sc, flower farm clover sc, flower farm York county, South Carolina, farm to table, pizza night, pizza outside oven, flowers, flower field, farm to table life, summer nights, summer days, five blossom flower farm, flower farm fort mill sc, flower farm clover sc, flower farm York county, South Carolina, farm to table, pizza night, pizza outside oven, flowers, flower field, farm to table life, summer nights, summer days,  I loved that the chef used all the local ingredients.
Moatmon crafted the sourdough pizza crust, and Chef Lynsey executed these incredible pizzas!

The first pizza that I tried was the Blossom Cheesesteak. It had alfredo, slow-cooked picanha, peppers, onions, and mozzarella. I had never had anything like it before, and it was my favorite out of the entire lineup. I could have eaten about 50 slices of these!

Next, I had the Proscuitto and Arugula slices. It was also incredible! It had herb-rubbed dough, tossed arugula, prosciutto, mozzarella, and balsamic glaze. I loved it. Each pizza was cooked to perfection, and the ratio of ingredients was perfect. I didn’t have any commentary other than “Give me more!!”
The third one we tried was the smoked ham and pineapple. It had a generous serving of fresh grilled pineapple, smoked ham, pomodoro, and mozzarella. I have always been a team member of Pineapple on a Pizza, and this one was heavenly!

The last pizza I tried was the pepperoni and ricotta. I’ve never been a big fan of ricotta, but when paired with the fresh Five Blossom honey, pepperoni, pomodoro, and chili flakes, I scooped up every last bit of remnants with the crust
Every pizza was pure art! I could not stop dreaming about it. I didn’t care if my pants needed to be unzipped for the drive home; it was worth the stuffed belly!five blossom flower farm, flower farm fort mill sc, flower farm clover sc, flower farm York county, South Carolina, farm to table, pizza night, pizza outside oven, flowers, flower field, farm to table life, summer nights, summer days,

3 Simple Ways to Make Your Self Care More Sustainable

Haircare, makeup, skincare… the list goes on and on. Have you ever looked in your bathroom and realized just how many personal care products you use every single day? For someone like me who loves trying new things, it is a lot haha. I always love to try the latest and greatest, but unfortunately, a lot of times this comes with a cost to the environment. With more products comes more packaging, and most of the time: more plastic. Single use plastics like these contribute to a lot of waste that ends up in the environment, the oceans, and our waterways, so i’ve been trying to be more conscious on how I can eliminate them when possible. At the beginning of the new year, I decided I really wanted to try to make as many sustainable changes as I could, and one of those started with personal care.

Why I Started My Blog – The Truth Behind Sincerely Katerina

As a kid/teen, I had a lot of digestive/stomach problems. I never knew why, I just knew that pretty much every time I ate, my stomach killed. For years I remember people would tell me “you’ll grow out of it”, or “it will go away”, etc, so I took that and ran with it. After almost a decade however, I realized that wasn’t going to hold true. As I was entering college and it seemed to be getting worse, I became really fed up and decided it was time to figure it out once and for all.

Gardening Project | Flower Border Around The Backyard Trees

After the holidays, I go into full gardening-obsession mode. I dream about green grass, read all the gardening books, anticipate spring bulbs, and think about watering flowers on a warm spring morning. Until the gardening season starts, I like to blog to fulfill my absence from gardening and planting. However, it can be an all-year thing. Next month, I have to start cleaning the garden beds, pruning the roses, removing old leaves and rotted mulch, and getting all the ground ready for the garden season. Last year, I faced Japanese beetles and aphids, so if you have any tips for treating them early this year, I’d love to hear them!
