During our visit, we had a chance to try their fall seasonal dishes and classic dishes such as the leg of lamb.

Gnocchi with hazelnut butter.
The pumpkin gnocchi with hazelnut and sage butter were outstanding.

This Italian-inspired dish featured homemade pumpkin gnocchi infused with a butter sage sauce and topped with toasted hazelnuts.

The lightly brown butter and hazelnut combination adds a nutty and comforting note that truly elevates the simplicity of the gnocchi.

We also tried the salmon fillet accompanied by sabayon sauce.

The dish exuded richness and decadence; however, we felt that introducing a third refreshing element could have elevated the overall experience.

Finally, we sampled a classic of Le Train Bleu menu: "le gigot d'agneau", a leg of lamb sliced before your eyes by the maîtres d'hôtel.

It is accompanied by a delicate wine sauce and the most comforting gratin dauphinois (potatoes au gratin).

This dish is a must-try and will make the whole experience incredibly worth it.

The service at Le Train Bleu is impeccable. Each member of the staff is knowledgeable about the menu and can make recommendations based on your preferences.
