
Almond Flour Blondies

Ingreadient
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 ¼ cups almond flour
- ⅓ cup all natural creamy almond butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup dark chocolate chips
Step by step
- First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the coconut oil in the microwave. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the coconut sugar and egg. Whisk to combine.
- Then, sift in the almond flour. Stir to combine. The batter will be very dry.
- Add in the creamy almond butter, baking soda, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil. Stir to combine.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter to the lined pan. Smooth into an even layer.
- Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out mostly clean.
- Lastly, remove from the oven. Wait until mostly cooled before slicing and serving.
