Buffalo Chicken Casserole

This buffalo chicken casserole is easy, healthy, and so flavorful! The chicken is hearty and tender. The sauce is thick and creamy. Make this casserole for a nutritious family dinner, game day appetizer, or meal prep!

    • 2 cups shredded chicken
    • 3 cups spaghetti squash (shredded)
    • ½ cup buffalo sauce
    • ⅓ cup shredded cheese
    • 1 egg
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • ½ tsp onion powder
    • ¼ tsp paprika
    • ½ tsp black pepper

Step by step

    1. First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
    2. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until combined.
    3. Transfer this mixture to the greased baking dish.
    4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the edges are bubbly.
    5. Finally, remove from the oven. Serve hot!
