Chicken Marinade
This chicken marinade instantly adds so much flavor to chicken! It also helps to tenderize chicken. The chicken comes out so tasty, juicy and delicious. Great for chicken breasts, thighs, drumsticks, and even other meats and veggies!
Ingreadient
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (or gluten-free soy sauce)
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ⅓ cup maple sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 chicken breasts or thighs
Step by step
- First, add all ingredients to a large bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add the chicken to thebowl. Submerge fully in the marinade.
- Place plastic wrap on top. Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes, up to 12 hours.
- When ready to make, preheat grill or stovetop pan.
- Remove the chicken from the bowl.
- Grill for 5 minutes on each side. Or, cook on the stovetop for 5 minutes on each side.
- Watch closely to preventburning.
- Finally, serve cooked marinated chicken.
