    • 1 tsp sea salt
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 1 small yellow onion (sliced)
    • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • 2 cups beef broth
    • ⅔ cup BBQ sauce

    1. First, preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat on the stovetop.

    5. Turn the heat down to low. Add in sliced onions. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, until softened and fragrant.
    6. Then, add the seared pork, apple cider vinegar, and broth to the Dutch oven. Place lid on top.
    7. Place in the preheated oven. Bake, covered, for 3 to 3 ½ hours.
    8. Once the pork is very tender, remove the Dutch oven from the oven.
    9. Remove all but ¼ cup of the liquid in the pot. Use two forks to shred the meat.
    10. Finally, stir in BBQ sauce. Serve!
