Fancy White Cheese Toasts
A tasty new way to make fancy cheese toast with beets and goat cheese.
Ingreadient
- 8 slices whole-wheat loaf
- goat cheese
- roasted beets (see notes on how to roast beets)
- orange slices
- honey drizzle
- microgreens
Step by step

Slice the bread thin, and, if desired, toast in a toaster or a skillet with a little butter or olive oil (I usually don't toast ours first, but it is tasty!). Spread with a thin layer of the white cheese, top with other toppings, and serve.
