Hot Crab Dip

I have a large family, work full time, and coach soccer and football, so I appreciate recipes that are easy to assemble. This rich, creamy dip is a fun appetizer to whip up for any gathering.

Ingreadient

    • 1/2 cup 2% milk
    • 1/3 cup salsa
    • 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, cubed
    • 2 packages (8 ounces each) imitation crabmeat, flaked
    • 1 cup thinly sliced green onions
    • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
    • Assorted crackers or fresh vegetables

Step by step

    1. In a small bowl, combine milk and salsa. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Stir in cream cheese, crab, onions and chiles. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
