Ingreadient

    • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
    • 1 tsp coconut oil
    • ½ cup all-natural creamy peanut butter
    • 2 tbsp coconut flour
    • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

Step by step

    1. First, line a baking pan with parchment paper.
    2. In a bowl, add the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds, or until melted. Stir until creamy.
    3. In another bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, coconut flour, and pure maple syrup. Stir until a thick mixture is formed.
    4. Use your hands to form the mixture into egg shapes. They should be approximately 2 inches long, 1 inch wide, and ½ inch thick.
    5. Use a fork to lower each peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate. Coat on all sides. Carefully place back on the prepared pan.
    6. Once all of the eggs have been coated with chocolate, place the pan in the freezer for 10 minutes, or until the coating has hardened.
    7. Finally, remove the pan from the freezer. If wanted, drizzle more melted chocolate on top!
