Spinach Salad with Walnuts and Fresh Herbs

I love to grow and eat fresh herbs, so I added some thyme to this Spinach Salad with Walnuts recipe. It was a fabulous addition!

Ingreadient

    • 5 ounces spinach (5 or 6 loosely packed cups)
    • 1/2 cup walnuts (toasted and chopped)
    • 1 avocado (diced)
    • 1 shallot (thinly sliced)
    • 5-6 sprigs thyme (stems removed)

Step by step

    1. Arrange the spinach on a large platter.
    2. Top with walnuts, avocado, shallot, and thyme.
    3. Serve with vinaigrette on the side.
