
Spinach Salad with Walnuts and Fresh Herbs
I love to grow and eat fresh herbs, so I added some thyme to this Spinach Salad with Walnuts recipe. It was a fabulous addition!
Ingreadient
- 5 ounces spinach (5 or 6 loosely packed cups)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (toasted and chopped)
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 1 shallot (thinly sliced)
- 5-6 sprigs thyme (stems removed)
Step by step
- Arrange the spinach on a large platter.
- Top with walnuts, avocado, shallot, and thyme.
- Serve with vinaigrette on the side.
