Ingreadient

• 375g Japan Menyū Chicken Yaki Udon Noodles
• 1 sheet Clearspring Japanese Sushi Nori
• Pinch Cooks’ Ingredients Black Sesame Seeds
• 2 tsp Clearspring Sushi Ginger

Step by step

1. Cook the noodles according to pack instructions.
2. Meanwhile, using a sharp knife, finely shred the nori.
3. Top the noodles with the prepared nori, sesame seeds and ginger in any order you prefer.
