Harissa lamb koftas with antipasti couscous
A quick and easy dinner recipe that can be easily adapted if you prefer more spice.
Ingreadient
- 4 Minted lamb kebabs
- 3 tsp Cooks’ Ingredients Harissa Paste With Lemon
- 1 pouch cauliflower, kale and couscous
- 1 pack Waitrose Summer Greek Salad Antipasti
Step by step
- Grill the kebabs according to pack instructions, then finish them on the barbecue, if liked.
- Baste with 2-3 tsp harissa paste towards the end of cooking, and let it caramelise on the meat.
- Warm the couscous pouch in the microwave according to pack instructions, then tumble it with the salad antipasti on a platter.
- Top with the kebabs and drizzle over a little more of the harissa, if you like things more spicy.
