Hash browns with Welsh rarebit dip
Perfect for a buffet or canapé. You may need to double the quantities as they're sure to go quick!
Ingreadient
- 192g pack hash browns in blankets
- 180g pack Red Fox Welsh rarebit
- ½ x 20g pack Cooks’ Ingredients Chives
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries
Step by step
- Cook the hash browns and the rarebit in a preheated oven according to pack instructions.
- Finely chop a few chives and place the hash browns and rarebit on a platter when cooked.
- Scatter with the chives and a few cranberries and serve immediately, ready for dipping and dunking.
