Hash browns with Welsh rarebit dip

Perfect for a buffet or canapé. You may need to double the quantities as they're sure to go quick!

Ingreadient

    • 192g pack hash browns in blankets
    • 180g pack Red Fox Welsh rarebit
    • ½ x 20g pack Cooks’ Ingredients Chives
    • 1 tbsp dried cranberries

Step by step

    1. Cook the hash browns and the rarebit in a preheated oven according to pack instructions.
    2. Finely chop a few chives and place the hash browns and rarebit on a platter when cooked.
    3. Scatter with the chives and a few cranberries and serve immediately, ready for dipping and dunking.
