Kiwi and mascarpone tarts

Ingreadient

    • ½ x 250g tub Essential Mascarpone
    • 100g Essential Low Fat Natural Yogurt
    • 1½ tbsp Essential Clear Honey, plus extra to drizzle
    • 1 unwaxed lime, zest and a squeeze of juice
    • 156g pack 6 Cooks' Ingredients Pastry Cases
    • 3 Waitrose Green Kiwi, peeled and cubed

Step by step

    1. In a mixing bowl, lightly whisk together the mascarpone, yogurt, honey, lime zest and a squeeze of juice.
    2. Spoon into the pastry cases and top with the cubed kiwi fruit. Drizzle with honey to serve.
