Kiwi and mascarpone tarts

Ingreadient
- ½ x 250g tub Essential Mascarpone
- 100g Essential Low Fat Natural Yogurt
- 1½ tbsp Essential Clear Honey, plus extra to drizzle
- 1 unwaxed lime, zest and a squeeze of juice
- 156g pack 6 Cooks' Ingredients Pastry Cases
- 3 Waitrose Green Kiwi, peeled and cubed
Step by step
- In a mixing bowl, lightly whisk together the mascarpone, yogurt, honey, lime zest and a squeeze of juice.
- Spoon into the pastry cases and top with the cubed kiwi fruit. Drizzle with honey to serve.
