Miso maple pork & vegetable noodles
Quick noodle supper with just four ingredients
Ingreadient
- 1 Waitrose Slow Cooked Pork Shoulder with Miso Maple Glaze
- 1 Waitrose Bright & Crunchy Rainbow Salad
- 1 pack rice noodles
- 1 tbsp Cooks' Ingredients Yuzu Juice
Step by step
- Cook the pork according to pack instructions. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large frying pan and cook the stir fry according to pack instructions, reserving some of the coriander for garnish.
- Toss the noodles into the pan, heat through, then dress with 1 tbsp yuzu juice. Season, if liked.
- Divide between 2 wide bowls. Shred the meat, mixing it into the juices in the tin and pile onto the noodles. Scatter over the reserved coriander to serve.
