’Nduja ravioli & grilled vegetable bake
Just four ingredients to a tasty, speedy midweek supper

- 250g Frozen Essential Grilled Vegetable Mix
- 340g jar Essential Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce
- 1 pack ’Nduja Sausage Ravioli
- 100g Waitrose Grated Cheddar & Mozzarella
Step by step
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC, gas mark 6. Fry 250g of the vegetable mix in a little oil in a shallow ovenproof casserole for 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the pasta sauce, bring to a simmer, then add the ravioli and stir. Loosen with 150ml hot water from the kettle, to ensure the ravioli are just-submerged.
- Cover and bake for 15 minutes, stirring gently, then scatter with about 100g cheese and bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes more, until the cheese is golden and the ravioli piping hot throughout. Serve with salad leaves, if liked.
