Prawn & butter bean saganaki

Ingreadient

    • 1 tub, Essential Tomato & Basil Sauce
    • 1 can, Essential Butter Beans In Water
    • 1 pack essential raw king prawns
    • 1 pack Essential Greek Feta

Step by step

    1. Preheat the grill to high. Tip the tomato & basil sauce into an ovenproof frying pan. Reserve 3 tbsp of liquid from the butter beans, then drain. Stir the beans and reserved water into the sauce. Bring to a simmer. Scatter in the prawns and drizzle with a little olive oil, if liked. Season with black pepper.
    2. Crumble over the feta, then grill until the prawns are cooked through, pink and opaque, and the feta is golden, about 4-5 minutes. Great served with warmed and torn Essential Pitta and some dressed leaves one the side.
