Prawn & butter bean saganaki

Ingreadient
- 1 tub, Essential Tomato & Basil Sauce
- 1 can, Essential Butter Beans In Water
- 1 pack essential raw king prawns
- 1 pack Essential Greek Feta
Step by step
- Preheat the grill to high. Tip the tomato & basil sauce into an ovenproof frying pan. Reserve 3 tbsp of liquid from the butter beans, then drain. Stir the beans and reserved water into the sauce. Bring to a simmer. Scatter in the prawns and drizzle with a little olive oil, if liked. Season with black pepper.
- Crumble over the feta, then grill until the prawns are cooked through, pink and opaque, and the feta is golden, about 4-5 minutes. Great served with warmed and torn Essential Pitta and some dressed leaves one the side.
