Spiced sausage & egg breakfast skillet

A hearty all-in-one breakfast that looks great and tastes fantastic. Serve with buttery thick toast for a real treat.

Ingreadient

    • 1 pack Waitrose Duchy Organic 6 Free Range British Pork Sausages
    • 2 tsp Cooks’ Ingredients Harissa Seasoning
    • 690g jar Cooks’ Ingredients Soffritto Passata
    • 4 Waitrose Duchy Organic British Free Range Medium Eggs

Step by step

    1. Squeeze the sausages from their skins and roll into small balls.
    2. Brown in a little oil in a medium frying pan or skillet until golden. Stir in 2 tsp seasoning, then sizzle until fragrant. Add the passata and simmer for 10 minutes, until the sausages are cooked through and there is no pink meat.
    3. Make 4 dimples, then crack an egg into each. Season, cover and cook gently for 5 minutes, or until the whites are set. Sprinkle the eggs with more seasoning to serve. Good with toast on the side.
