Spicy salmon burgers with sour cream slaw

Succulent salmon burgers in a flash served with crunchy salad and an easy slaw.

Ingreadient

    • 1 pack Asian-inspired salmon burgers
    • 1 pack rainbow side salad
    • 1 pack Sour cream & chive dip
    • 1 pack seeded brioche burger buns

Step by step

    1. Cook the salmon burgers according to pack instructions.
    2. Remove the shredded vegetables from the side salad and mix with 2 tbsp dip to make a slaw. Split and toast the buns. Spread some dip on the base of each one, top with a little salad, a burger and the slaw, then top with the bun lids. Serve with the remaining salad and dip alongside.
